I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective. My approaches are informed by a variety of psychotherapy and change theories. I strive to find the individualized approach that works best for my clients. I believe that each person has unique strengths and capabilities that help them navigate through their lives and that each person is doing the best they can with the resources available to them. I am here to support the client in their development and practice skills so that they can build and shape the life they want. As a professional social worker, I abide by the Code of Ethics established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
