Alexander Brock, MS, LPC Intern
I believe that expressing emotions and the continuous processing of feelings and experiences provides individuals with the opportunity to establish emotional intelligence and promote internal growth. My theoretical approach to counseling is through Person-Centered Therapy, which embodies a safe environment for my clients without judgment or preconceived goals or expectations. I believe that my role is to listen and reflect what is heard while going with you on your journey toward wholeness.

Erin Lacy, MA, LPC
My approach to counseling is one that looks at the person as a whole. I believe in a collaborative counseling process where, through working together, goals are identified, and change is discovered. I believe that everyone has the ability to change, adapt, and grow with and through life’s challenges. I employ interventions in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma focused therapy.

Understanding that the journey of introspection and self-healing is as individual as how we take our coffee, my style is grounded in creating space for you to be who you are at your core. I am passionate about holistic wellness. Recognizing, as well as helping others to recognize their own patterns or intergenerational cycles, is inherent and invaluable part of my therapeutic style. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mind/body practices.
