My therapeutic style is varied and integrated. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I have a master’s in counseling psychology from Lewis & Clark College with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and have received additional training in PCIT-Toddler as well as PC-Care, a brief parent training model for ages 1-10. I have also received additional training in working with children and families involved in the foster care system. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that provides individual and family therapy. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and provide PCIT-Toddler (1-2 years) as well as PC-CARE, a short-term evidenced-based therapeutic program.
