Counseling provides a safe, non-judgmental space to speak openly about issues that are affecting your life. I see every client as an individual and also try to understand the context in which the individual lives. I encourage exploration of relevant previous experiences that shed light onto patterns, ability to change, and/or issues that are current in a client’s daily life. Processing issues from the past will allow a person to move forward with more confidence, self-worth, and a stronger desire to make positive changes in life. Therapy can be an intimidating process and I will provide safety, guidance, and reassurance that you need to live a happier, healthier life.

Specialized Trainings: Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent Management Training (GenerationPMTO), Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), LGBTQ Mental Health, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), Treatment of Eating Disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Children and Teens with Developmental Disabilities, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing
