I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family therapy. I utilize an open and holistic approach with a systemic perspective on individuals, families, and mental health. I have experience working with children, families, and couples.  My approach to therapy is to blend various techniques including but not limited to: Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Experiential, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy techniques.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University in Millersville, Pennsylvania and specialize in work with children and families. My fundamental approach to therapy is eclectic drawing from Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Client Centered Play Therapy.  I strive to provide an inclusive and culturally aware therapy experience to anyone in need.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University. Sandra Spooner, LCSW

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University.  I have over 12 years of experience providing counseling and community resources to individuals and families in a variety of settings and across cultures within the United States.  My approach to therapy is informed by Critical Race Theory, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Family Systems therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Narrative Theory. Fundamentally I believe we grow and change through connections and play is the language.
