My approach is a strength-based approach, as I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their view and help them discover new ways to work towards their goals. My clinical approach draws upon the perspectives and techniques of various therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, solution focused, parent child interaction, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
