Options Counseling and Family provides family preservation, behavioral health services, and other family supports to families and individuals in eleven Oregon counties. Options providers use a family-centered approach, in which the family’s knowledge of their own strengths and needs is the primary resource.

Community-based Parenting Classes

Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Douglas, Lane Counties

Behavioral Health

Individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families; Oregon Health Plan, health insurance and private pay.

Separate group programs for women and children.

Family Builders (Intensive Safety & Reunification Services – ISRS)

An intensive program with a single goal: doing whatever it takes to keep a family together, with a solid foundation of safety and respect. Whether there is an immediate need for food or shelter, or the family would benefit from direct interventions to improve parenting skills, the Options Family Builders Program is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to stabilize the situation.

Family Support and Connections

Options offers individual and family support to families receiving TANF. Through a focus on practical, hands-on interventions, families access resources and gain important skills that help them to keep their children safe.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

Lane, Marion and Washington Counties

PCIT is evidence-based, short-term intensive treatment program designed to help both parents and children.

The PCIT program works with the parent and child to improve the quality of the relationship and to teach parents skills necessary to manage their children’s behavior problems.
